Product Discription

The spun concrete pipe is made by a process in which centrifugal force is used to spread a wet concrete mixture over the inner surface of a horizontal mould. Concrete is fed into the slowly revolving mould which is spun, squeezing out surplus water and evenly spreading compacted concrete over the inner surface. The pipes are extremely dense and able to withstand greater pressure and non-porous because the water is expelled. This causes every concrete particle to pack well without any holes or air pockets and gives the tank compact and smooth leak proof surface.
